The Society for Molecular Imprinting, in association with the University of Verona, Italy – Dept. of Biotechnology, is pleased to announce that the next meeting in the series of International Conferences on Molecular Imprinting will be held in Verona, Italy during June 2024.
The meeting will be held over two and a half days, and will cover advances in all aspects of the science, technology and applications of molecularly imprinted materials. Whilst the meeting will include in-depth talks by acknowledged experts in the field, it will also provide ample opportunity for younger or less experienced researchers to showcase their contributions, either through short oral or poster presentations.
This will be the first meeting under the auspices of the Society to be held in person since the pandemic and is therefore a golden opportunity to connect with other individuals and groups working in the field or to meet old friends for the first time in a number of years. While we hope that the pandemic is behind us, please take precautions with personal hygiene and wear a mask if you feel unsafe mixing with a group of people.
You may now register on this website. This does not commit you to attending the conference, but will allow you to upload any abstracts that you wish to submit. It will also allow us to communicate any important information concerning the conference to you by email.
Please note that the conference fee does not cover accommodation, which must be arranged separately.
Note that, in June, Verona hosts the Arena Opera Season: there is high demand for accommodation within the city, EARLY BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL!
Conference Venue
The conference will take place in Verona (Italy) at the Conference Centre of the Polo Universitario Santa Marta (University of Verona, Polo Santa Marta, Via Cantarane, 24, 37129 Verona VR), view this location on Google maps. It is located 800m from the ancient Roman city centre.
